10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded to dei Quiriti Suites and are so grateful! Clean room, working AC, quiet neighbourhood and only 15 minute walk to the Vatican! Our flight landed early in the morning and the receptionist kindly accomodated us and we left our bags to explore. No negative points. Ciao!

8.0Dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju na duży apartament, który był akurat wolny co było bardzo miłe. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko do Watykanu i centrum oraz komunikacji miejskiej (metro, autobus). Obsługa bardzo miła, Pan na recepcji przestrzegł przed złodziejami i uświadomił nam, że jest jeszcze gorzej niż wydaje nam się że jest więc trzeba uważać podwójnie.
− Jedyny minus to mało światła słonecznego w dużym apartamencie, okna wychodzą na dziedziniec wewnętrzny gdzie słońce nie dochodzi.

The price for the 3 nights was perfect for me, a place to sleep , shower and relax
7.0The Air-conditioning in the room worked very well. The towels were nice and big and very soft. The bed at first seemed hard but i slept so well on them. The pillows were also great loved how comfy they were. The location is very good and close to lots of restaurants shopping and tourist stuff. so for me it was perfect. and i have to say the hotel halls smelled very nice and clean.
− The room itself needed some care, the toilet in my first room leaked all over the floor so they changed me to another room just around the corner, which was nice of them, the problem with this room was that the toilet here never stopped running, There were tears in the the wallpaper, and a huge hole in the back of the door, where it looked like someone had put their fist thru it. Also the elevator and entrance space could use some sprucing up.
