10.0We loved everything about the place. It was very accommodating. We had a little issue and contacted the management, and they immediately responded and made great efforts to take care of the issue and accommodate us. very helpful. I hope we can stay here again.
− We had one minor issue and contacted the host management, and they immediately jumped on it. And I went out of their way to take care of that swiftly.And even sent us a pizza! That was pretty cool.I hope we can stay here again. So overall the place was great.

10.0Richard or host was easy to contact was available 24-7 if you need him Convient location nice neighborhood away from the crowds but 5 to 15 minutes from the beaches 5 minutes to Dunedin 15 to Clearwater only 5 minutes to blue days stadium 10 minutes to Phillies stadium Plenty of restaurants and Shopping centers only 5 minutes from the house Relaxing vacation
Stay was good. But things on property could use a little work
7.0It was clean. Location was good.
− Garage cans outside were full already when we arrived. Fridge was leaking on and off on the floor. Dishwasher had water laying in it off and on. Water pressure low. Bedroom remotes in closet. I would recommend laying them on the bed to be found easier.

9.0Richard was awesome, he was very quick to respond to all of my messages. The home was exactly what we needed. This was the 1st time I was able to take my girls and their families on a family trip, thank you Richard for making it happen!
− If I had to choose something that I didn't like, it would be there should have been more pots and pans for cooking.
