A beautifully clean, warm and well-equipped holiday home with fantastic views

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home and would definitely return. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was such a lovely touch arriving to a warm home with the heater already on. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ area were excellent and very well equipped. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras provided in the pantry and cupboards, such as non-stick spray, glad wrap, and baking paper — little things we hadn’t thought to bring ourselves. The downstairs pool room and table tennis table provided great entertainment, and we also enjoyed spending time together playing the board games available. The home truly had everything needed for a comfortable family getaway, with plenty of indoor activities for all ages. There were 6 adults in our group and we had more than enough space, with plenty of room for families with children as well. It also appeared to be pet friendly, which was a nice bonus, with a water bowl provided outside. The location was great, just a short walk to the main street, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely book again.

Absolutely loved all the spaces - plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults & 6 children. Kitchen had great utilities. Pet friendly - secure yard - plenty of off street parking.

− No dishwasher- but not a major issue.

Clean and well presented plenty of room for a big family

− No spare bin bags and the batteries in the remote were flat and we had to go to the IGA for replacements

The views were sensational and the property is well situated.

− The company that manage the property Phillip Island Holiday Homes were extremely unhelpful and not pleasant to deal with. The property could also use a spring clean, the ceiling fans and exhaust fans were very dusty, I had to wipe mine down so the dust didn't set off my asthma. The fact that it was $607 for two nights in the middle of winter and then they wanted another $30 per bed (so $90 for the 3 of us) for sheets and towels was a bit rich (we bought our own). My friend also left some earrings behind and I asked if they could be picked up by our friend who lives minutes away or dropped off in our friends mailbox and the company refused and wanted to charge $35 for postage - I don't see why my friend couldn't pick them up for us as it wouldn't be inconveniencing the company or the cleaner or wasting any resources.
