Ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht, viel Privatsphäre und einem aussergewöhnlich herzlichen Gastgeber.
9.0Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Man bezahlt hier vor allem für die einzigartige Aussicht und den privaten Jacuzzi . Viele Einheimische sagen, dass dies einer der schönsten Ausblicke auf ganz Santorini ist. Die Zimmer bieten viel Privatsphäre. Anders als in Oia oder Fira laufen hier keine Touristen direkt am Balkon vorbei oder machen Fotos. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang in ruhiger Atmosphäre geniessen : wie im Kino! Der Gastgeber war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Er fragte täglich nach, ob wir etwas benötigen, und war jederzeit erreichbar. Für jedes Anliegen fand er sofort eine Lösung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: nur etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Fira, 15 Minuten zum Flughafen und rund 20 Minuten nach oia. Für alle Kaffeeliebhaber: Vergesst nicht, Kaffeekapseln mitzubringen oder gleich nach der Ankunft welche zu kaufen ( nespresso Maschine). Im Zimmer stehen zwar einige Kapseln bereit, aber für echte Kaffeeliebhaber (so wie wir 😉) reichen sie wahrscheinlich nicht bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts. Und noch ein kleiner Hinweis: Wie auf vielen Kykladeninseln üblich gibt es kein richtig heisses Wasser. Für die meisten Gäste ist das kein Problem – wer aber eine lange, dichte Mähne hat (so wie ich), braucht beim Haarewaschen etwas Geduld oder vorsichtshalber Trockenshampoo einpacken🙈.
− Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein etwas grösserer Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Allerdings verstehen wir, dass dies wegen der starken Winde auf Santorini schwierig ist. Unser Sonnenschirm wurde nachts sogar vom Wind weggeweht, was auch gefährlich sein kann. Der Gastgeber hat uns bereits mitgeteilt, dass er nach einer sicheren Lösung sucht.

10.0Caldera's Majesty was the most beautiful location with breathtaking views. We did not want to leave. Yiannis was extremely accommodating and a wealth of local knowledge. We can't wait to return again!

10.0La posizione è perfetta: la vista sulla Caldera è tra le migliori di tutta l’isola. L’alloggio è piccolino ma ha tutto quello che serve e la grande finestra proprio di fronte alla vasca privata esterna è davvero piacevole, in ogni punto dell’alloggio puoi vedere il panorama, anche mentre ti stai specchiando, super!
