− La mancanza di privacy del bagno, privo di porta ed il pessimo oscuramento (sul letto c'è una finestra ad oblò priva di tenda che inonda la stanza di luce all'alba).

10.0Proprietari molto disponibili e discreti, posto ben situato, in fase di ulteriore ristrutturazione e cambiamento.... Confortevole, accogliente e molto pulito. Unità abitative separate...questo conferisce un grande senso di privacy. Cercheremo di ritornaci.
