Delightful cabin in the gardens of an even lovelier house. Very secluded in a beautiful garden with everything you could want. Very close to the centre of Dorking so, walking distance to everywhere you might want to be in the town. Perfect parking.

Third stay at the studio and it didn't disappoint once again. Lovely peaceful setting and full of tasteful furnishings and character.

Lokalita skvělá, na kopci nad městem, se spoustou zeleně, vše bylo čisté a pěkně zařízené, upravené a vizuálně krásné, majitel ochotný, vybavení dobré, v kuchyni vše potřebné, koupelna příjemná, moderní, uvnitř domku vše důležité včetně dobrých tipů na restaurace, výlety atd., při chladnějším počasí je tam funkční topení, které prostor rychle zahřeje, venku je velmi příjemné posezení, v blízkosti jsou dobrá místa na procházky a městečko Dorking má dobrou atmosféru a v centru plno rozmanitých obchůdků.

− Na fotkách není tak dobře vidět, že zahradní studio je velmi blízko hlavního domu a jejich venkovního posezení. Přijela jsem s představou, že budu trávit čas sama na zahrádce a budu v klidu psát a tvořit, a to nebylo úplně snadné, protože když jsem seděla venku, jen několik metrů ode mě byli často jiní lidé. Všichni byli přátelští, bylo to milé, ale i uvnitř studia jsem slyšela jejich konverzace a nedovolilo mi to vždy se pohroužit do tvůrčího procesu tak, jak jsem doufala. Pokud by si někdo vybral ubytování jako já s představou soukromí a tichého pracovního nebo tvůrčího pobytu, pak je lepší, aby s občasnou blízkostí jiných lidí počítal (i když možná to bylo výjimečné, určitě se to dá předem zjistit u majitele, který je moc milý a ochotný).

We had a fantastic stay at The Garden Studio. The place is beautifully designed, very clean and incredibly cosy – you can really feel the attention to detail. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for switching off and enjoying the moment. Everything was exactly as described (or even better), and communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. You can tell this place is made with care – it’s not just accommodation, it’s an experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special.

Pretty garden. Comfortable and really cosy studio. Quiet neighbourhood. Very close to town centre. Parking available. Fully equiped kitchen. Perfect base for exploring Surrey, nearby Sussex and also London.
