1.0− Despite of my Booking confirmation Hotel authority called me & cancelled my booking due to they confirm the same to others by cash. This is very disappointing & non professional approach. When I asked them that I am booked the room first & checkout the booking time then the Staffs said its not our fault Booking.com made the mistake as they didn't inform them on time & the staffs misbehaved with me when I like to talk with the Hotel authority regarding the issue.
