8.0Very clean and comfortable… AC was very good and I feel that is a highlight to mention for the town! Great location as long as you don’t have children and a lot of luggage.
− With the traffic restrictions wasn’t the easiest to get to from the parking with luggage. Maybe get some sort of luggage transfer support from P6.
Unique and fun stay in Mid-Montepulciano worth your time
9.0The location in mid-Montepulciano was ideal for exploring and the room was well appointed with thought- out decor. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and needed with the heat this summer.
− That check-out is so early (at 10am) while not entirely unusual for smaller hotels or inns, it makes it very difficult without a car to explore more as there is also no place to store luggage. I left Montepulciano immediately at 10 for this reason.

− The walk upto the accommodation is very steep. The tiny, narrow staircase to get to the room is difficult to climb with luggage. The view is misleading as it is through two small windows at ceiling level.

Once we found the room, we really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and spacious!
10.0Overall the room and bathroom was very nice and clean. We were in the main part of the city and enjoyed walking around to the various restaurants, shops and the views of the city.
− The walk from the public parking area to the room was not easy at all. It was not easy to navigate to find the parking lots. Once we parked, it was a huge uphill climb to find our room. You have to pay for parking, which was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site or information provided by the room. A slight inconvenience is that we had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. There were stairs up to the first floor but no non-emergency stairs to the 2nd floor.
