Worst ever!! I was in tears.....
1.0Nothing! Only saving grace was comfy bed
− Everything! Almost £200 for 12hr stay in an attic and never again. What a nightmare..The apartment is 8 flights of stairs and on the top floor. Black bags of laundry in hall and lounge. The lounge window has damp and bars on dirty windows and the bedroom window was so filthy you could not see out. Kitchen and bathroom 😭 dirty. Loose sockets, no bedside light, TV's difficult to use, Staff couldn't care less...rude & difficult. + £22 for little dog and £300 deposit requested. What a dump!

− Is very old the sofa bed is a nightmare very uncomfortable the shower is disaster the kitchen is roughly 125 yrs old and also find it like a scam that after I payed the full amount they send me 1 day before my reservation started a msg to upload my id and passport and pay 300£ deposit … NOWHERE SAID IN THE WEBPAGE THEY TAKING HOLDING DEPOSIT I payed … then I had to msg them 48 hours later where is my money they said 3-7 working day !!!! Honestly disaster and very disappointing

− Appartement un peu vétuste et pas très bien équipé, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (passoire, saladier...), pas de grille pain. Linge propre entassé dans des sacs poubelles sous la table.
