2.0There was literally nothing to like about the room.
− Very tired, dirty, old towels. Linen looked not fresh.
Central location separate from Pub

− Reverse cycle aircon did not work and the room was very cold in July - good doonas though so that helped

We were only seeking very basic budget overnight accommodation and this motel was OK for us.
6.0Our unit was located away from the main road towards the back of the block, so very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the cooling/heating worked well, and the mini bar fridge was cold. The meal in the dining room at the hotel was excellent and good value.
− Occupant no. 1 had first hot shower but occupant no. 2 was not so lucky as the hot water shut down before the lathered soap could be washed off: a chilly ending. Batteries in the TV remote were dead so TV would not respond, however we fortunately carry spares, so problem solved.
