10.0The staff were very accommodating when our booked room didn't fit our family's needs, very quickly arranging two other rooms at no extra cost. The location was perfect, only a short 10 minute walk to Cat Co 1 beach, and 5 minute walk to the beach front in front. Good restaurants immediately outside the hotel, and an awesome area directly across the road with water features, lights, and cafés which really pumps at night. You've got to try the coconut ice-creams.

Highrise hotel building overlooking the new resort onto the sea afar
8.0Situated in the cente of Cat Ba Town, in the middle of the promenade the narrow hotel offers fine rooms with a fine view onto the newly built resort. Just a year ago there was still the ocean but now you can spot the sea in the distance. The restaurant in the basement is quite good.
− The beds are fairly hard, but this is normal here.
