Great place in a historical house, with welcoming hosts
9.0The design is very interesting. The hosts are very welcoming. The place has two double beds (one of them is actually a sofa). The place is actually one large room divided by two levels. Each level has its own conditioner (though the one upstairs is rather loud).
− I had an issue with the phone number stated as the one for the host and had to reach out to the Booking.com's service to get in touch with the hosts

1.0The place is authentic In the old city
− The listing advertised 2 bedrooms, but in reality: There are no separate rooms at all. One bed is placed in the entrance area, and the other is upstairs in the same open space. There is absolutely no privacy for families or couples. The arrangement makes it impossible to enjoy the stay comfortably as a family. In addition, the property suffered from numerous serious issues: No place to wash dishes in the kitchenette. No closets, wardrobes, or space to store clothes. Extremely slow internet connection. Not enough mirrors. Very noisy air conditioning unit upstairs. Towels were insufficient for a 3-night stay with 4 guests. When I contacted the manager, I was told I would have to pay extra for cleaning and fresh towels, which is unreasonable. No washing machine. The ceiling and stair layout are so low that you constantly need to duck to avoid hitting your head. Strong humidity throughout the property. The toilets had a persistent, very unpleasant smell. No cleaning tools provided for guests. Finding a parking place is extremely difficult

10.0The apartment was spectacular, like something out of a movie, spacious, very nice and the decoration was wow. We were very satisfied and will return soon. We recommend it to everyone.
