Very disappointed with cleanliness and clarity from the host
2.0The location is great. The caravan is spacious. It was nice to park right outside the caravan. It was nice to be able to check in late in the day as we had a long journey there.
− We were disappointed with our stay. The caravan was not clean when we arrived (stains on surfaces, crumbs in the sink, and concerns about the bedding). Only on the day of arrival were we told about an “optional” £80 cleaning fee unless we cleaned the caravan ourselves. The host could not clearly explain what level of cleaning was expected, including whether we were supposed to wash and remake all the beds. This fee and these expectations were not shown anywhere in the Booking.com listing. Towels were also not provided, despite reviews mentioning them. Because of the cleanliness issues and the unclear, undisclosed cleaning requirements, we left after one night.
