9.0Posizione meravigliosa sulla collina del Chia Laguna Resort. Silenziosissima e circondata da ville stupende con giardini curatissimi. Villa arredata con molto gusto, terrazza bellissima. 3 camere e tre bagni e' un lusso che si trova in poche case.
− La villa soffre degli affitti brevi in quanto il bellissimo arredo soffre questo tipo di turismo. I tre bagni non reggono la poca pressione e la caldaia. La bellisima posizione sulla collina obbliga l'uso continuo dell'auto.

9.0Position is very good with nice view on the Chia sea area. The open space in front of the house was very useful for dinner and breakfast outside. The boys appreciated the shared swimming pool.
