10.0Very highly recommended. One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Lovely sitting room and good bedrooms. Secluded yard catches the sun. Superbly equipped kitchen - every type of pan, dish, knife, utensil you might want. Great heating system. Parking for one large car (our was a Discovery 4) with enough room for an additional medium size car if you park nose to tail. 200 meters from two very friendly village pubs. And if you want to put the kitchen to good use, visit nearby Dart Farm for the most amazing selection of meat, vegetables, etc.
− A vacuum cleaner would have been nice, and a slightly larger dining table (it seats 4 but is very cosy).

7.0Cosy and comfortable, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, with a fab can opener and sharp knives. Good soft fluffy towels. Nice feeling of being homely and decorations were lovely. Clean and smelt so lovely as we first arrived.
− A few things, the radiator values don't work, couldn't switch off the bedroom heating. Parking space is very tight for a longer car. No hand-wash in the bathroom, no salt in the dishwasher and none in the cottage to refill, I did refill the rinse aid as that was empty (a bottle of that was provided) and there were no dishwasher tablets provided, so we couldn't use it, no hoover to vacuum the carpets, the decking is very slippery if wet.

10.0Location, how quiet it was, furnishings, log fire, excellent internet (for work and streaming movies). Commuting to Exeter was easy with multiple possibilities to travel.
− I would have liked supplied a vacuum cleaner to hoover floors or carpet, there wasn’t one - just a dust roller.
