10.0Everything is nice and experience was good and excellent and staff was very sportive and help full and special thanks to receptionist girl for your management and your calmly nature and room are very speces and need and clean and location very nice this location middle of Bhimtal, and kanchidham and nainital and all over by one day coverd area and enjoy my stay and specialy recommended this hotel haya palace

1.0No water in bathroom , got electric shock from geyser , when told to the staff they seems like not a big deal for them , have to call several times if u want something , reception lady is very rude ,
