− Llegamos y no estaba lista una de las unidades. Pocas sabanas. Climatizado no adecuado. No había mesa de comedor

− las instalaciones, faltaba mantenimiento, puerta de ingreso no muy buena, faltaba implementos de baño, y el departamento es interior; lo que menos me gusto, es que habiendo espacio en el lugar, por haber llevado 2 hijos menores conmigo, me cobraron un valor adicional, lo cual me pareció inapropiado ya que las instalaciones no ameritan para tanto.

1.0Nothing didn't even get to stay there worst experience ever
− We spent 3 hours trying to check in but were unable to. No one would answer the phone, and when a woman finally did when I didn't speak perfect Spanish, she hung up on me. So then I messaged them in whatsapp using Google Translate. They said we never sent a check-in time, and we didn't have a confirmed booking with them. When I told them we used our credit with booking and submitted the arrival time they said it wasn't there problem and to take it up with booking and we would need to pay them directly again up front over the phone before they would even bother to meet us. So, as you can see in your system, we had already done everything asked for ahead of time, and we did a confirmation email from them before we arrived besides booking. So I don't know what their problem was but we were treated terrible bye and they would not even come meet us in person. Worst experience ever. We arrived originally just after 6 pm and at 10 pm had to go find a different place to stay more expensive and only a hotel room with no kitchen so all the food we brought went bad and we had to eat out all our meals which is very difficult for me because of dietary restrictions for my health. Anyway, terrible and plesse msje sure we are not charged anything by them.
