− the main room could be swaped with the bunks so you are not having to past and have better access to the ensuit but not a major at all and house ois still amazing

8.0Modern 2 level house, layout of the bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs excellent, great garage for EV and outside living areas excellent
− Shared bathroom shower door didn’t close properly = leaking water onto the floor. The rubbish bin under the kitchen sink hadn’t been emptied (minor issue). Would have rated 10/10 if the shower didn’t leak.
Relaxing and great outdoor area .
8.0− It was down a very tight drive way and the car I had rented was a Family SUV it was a bit tight getting in and out .
