− Tv not working, view was rubbish, very cold, plug hole in ghe shower was blocked so water was over flowing. No lift and j was at the very top.

the location was pretty great and central, the apartment lobby and apartment itself looks very pretty. the bed was pretty comfy.

− only notes, someone buzzed through from outside at 3am asking for drugs. this is absolutely not in control of the apartment but then it made me wonder if the area is as safe as it initially looked? the customer service is great, I'd initially not seen you needed to make a deposit to get the access code so speaking with the team they were super helpful to process this to allow me check in - even though it was an oversight on my part. they also called to ask about my stay and I told them about the buzzer intercom incident and they were sympathetic and said they would note it. I mean I was probably just unlucky but if there was a pattern they sound like the kind of service and team where they would take some action. in the apartment facilities were good overall however there were no bowls, which is a bit tricky I brought stuff for cereal and had to eat it from a glass jug. not the end of the world but something to purchase more. also in the bathroom the water drained super slowly and bathroom could probably do with a refresh. there is a fan somewhere on the outside so that makes a constant buzzing noise this was cancelled out by my ear plugs but could be an issue for light sleepers.

The property suited our needs. The bed was comfy

− We were very unhappy with the check in procedure. Having already sent a picture of my passport (which was not in the t’s and c’s) we were not given the key code until I sent a picture of my driving licence and paid a £200 refundable deposit. This was never made clear to us when we booked. Because of this, the beginning of our break was stressful consequently we will not be booking this property again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

Vrry nice place. Well equipped. Good location

− Bed is very short for someone 6ft 3 in tall. Nice TV... BUT time was still on winter time so couldn't use it, and incredibly complicated. What's wrong with simple Freeview? Shower drained very slowly. Found big plug of hair in the drain. Obviously accumulated over a very long time. Removing it made big difference but still needs plunging to properly clear.
