9.0Felt like home in a residential area. Property was clean and comfortable! Quaint, little, old school elevator.
− Slow shower drain, AC takes a while to cooldown and seems to have a limiter around 22 degrees.

− Do chuveiro do banheiro as vezes esfria do nada a água e o box nao desce a água e voce toma banho com a água no seu pé , pero tirando isso o resto é ótimo
