4.0Posizione non lontana dalla pineta che separa dal mare. Personale dell’agenzia cordiale e disponibile….hanno fatto il possibile per recuperare sulla pulizia.
− Appartamento vecchio, malandato e non pulito. Ragnatele, matasse di pelo di animale e polvere ovunque. Pulizia del bagno no comment. Arredi obsoleti. La struttura necessita di una “bella” rinfrescata. Giardino e parti comuni trascurate. Impresa delle pulizie da rivedere. Peccato perché la struttura potrebbe avere delle ottime potenzialità.

3.0L'unico aspetto positivo era la posizione: molto vicino alla spiaggia.
− L'appartamento avrebbe delle ottime potenzialità, peccato che il mobilio è molto vecchio e malodorante. Il bagno sporco di muffa in doccia, lavandino minuscolo e inutilizzabile, stoviglie vecchie e usurate. Giardino esterno ampio ma non curato. Prezzo troppo alto.
