Der Aufenthalt im Chalet war wunderbar – mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und einer angenehm warmen, gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern rundum wohlgefühlt.

− Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Dusche im Bad im zweiten Stock ist etwas unbequem zu benutzen. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert!

The views is beautiful but that's it

The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit. Had AC. The views were absolutely breathtaking!

− Ill start with parking. Everyone should receive info about where to park BEFORE check in, not after you get inside and then learn the designated parking space. Then the way to the Chalet is quite a trek! Bags were very difficult to luggage all the way to the top. At night it's pitch black out there with no lights to light the pathway and the many stairs. Then if it's raining the stairs and pathway are pretty slippery. The upstairs master bedroom/bathroom is wide open. No privacy at all from the rest of the Chalet. Not even a door on the toilet room. The bathtub takes you at least 25 mins to fill up and if you stand up in the bathtub to get out anyone downstairs in the chalet can see you. They should enclose the master and add a door to the toilet. Then the shower head was broken and you had to hold the handle to bathe and manage not to spray the water over the shower glass. We asked to have it fixed and they did not come fix it during our five night stay. The shower door is almost impossible to open while inside to get out. Then the fridge would not close properly and there were no cooking utensils. Plenty of plates and glasses but no cooking spoons, spatula or anything else like that.

The views and decor were all stunning. There were great amenities in the kitchen and the support staff was wonderful!!

− Like most of Europe, it is warm inside, but if you open all the windows it’s beautiful and the fresh air is great with amazing views!

Chalet is comfortable but badly need upgrading. Amazing views across the Valley is breath-taking!

Breath-taking views across the Valleys, absolutely beautiful!

− There were no clear instructions/description of the location of the place. The address on Bookin.com guides you to the village not to the actual chalet which is 50 meter walk up the hill. We found this was slightly misleading. Also there's no ensuite to the second bedroom, only the shower is attached, the toilet is adjoining the sitting room.

The view was sooo beautiful and breathtaking, especially very early in the morning. We really enjoyed using the barbecue, I think the barbecue, the view and the fireplace are the highlight of this beautiful chalet.

− The upper bathroom needs renovation to compliment to rest of the chalet, shower door opening was akward, grouting was not even. Fridge door does not close properly.

High stairs were there it's really high

I like the view , chalet size is bigger than what I expect it's perfect for big family The chalet was clean and fully equipped .

− Air conditioner wasn't fix cold air and hot air come on the room it was hot No facilities for wheelchair, beter to build elevator Location was perfect but because of having the green mountain just behind the house the terrace was full of green Gecko it was really scary
