2.0The reality, It is completely different with the picture.
− A lot of garbage around the property, the room is damp and smell. Although I booked 1 days before through booking.com. My room was not ready, water heather and bathroom drainage is not working and blocked, apparently the staff is aware of it, despite they still sell in online. No amenities, no soap, no tissue, no towel is ready, once I checked in at 7pm. The family room, equip with bath tub. It was super dirty. Property has the best location, by the lake. However the owner should give a lot of attention to the property.

− * the Cottage is old & small. * The bed & the bellows are cold and wet. * No water heater for shower while the place is cold up in the mountains. * The breakfast are so limited options & no specialty coffee while they are near kintamany " which is famous town for coffee " * many Mosquitoes % in the room. * There is no Refrigerator in the room. * construction of the cottage is so bad, there is a column in the middle of the cottage in between the bed the Bathroom and entrance of the room which was hard for us to move and many time we hit the pole. * we did not get same cottage style as what was shown in the photos while booking.
