8.0Great eco friendly hotel, comfortable bed, designed with climate & temperature retention materials to keep it cool during summers and warm in winters. Liked it. Food & cafe was ok.

1.0− 3 hours after my booking on the same day, I was told rooms are not available. Absolute disregard for customer time. I had to rush to find alternate accomodation on Saturday rush.
