Location great but lots of small disappointments.

− No clothes hangers, no extra blankets so ran heater most of the time, living room furnitue too low to floor and uncomfortable for senior people. Completed on line check in and requested 2 sets of keys. Had to chase up second set of keys from a different building 2 blocks away 1 set security tab unreliable for elevator. Patio door could not lock due to door latch was too loose and missaligned. Did minor fix. Blind chain unsecured from wall. Second toilette not cleaned properly. Yellow stains at back of seat. No soap holder in onsuite shower. No bed lamps in 2nd bedroom.

9.0− Little bit of wear and tear but overall really nice. Needs a shelf in the primary shower.

− The allocated car park is really only suitable for a small car as there is a concrete column that takes up extra space. Apartment needed a clothes horse for drying clothes & some extra blankets. Dryer needs replacing due to broken rubber seal making it too noisy to be in the apartment while turned on.

3.0I like the property that has a better lake water view and some other areas. Two bedrooms and two bathroom was great option for family to use.
− The couch in the living room is very dusty and too low to sit on, and there is an allergy to dust. I highly recommend switching to leather couches for safety reasons, especially if you have multiple patient bookings. The showers weren't cleaned very well, and you can literally smell bleach. The bed sheets and carpet have stains. It makes us feel uncomfortable. It doesn't feel like a home holiday at all. There is some black mould on the window frames. Lastly, and also in the second room, I got a lot of new spots on my back from dirty bed sheets or bed bugs. As soon as I rest on the bed, I get itchy nonstop, and very uncomfortable, as you can feel the hard springs in it.

4.0The location to the hospital.
− We had no TV for 2 nights but then the TV was replaced. The fridge kept leaking water. Could not use washing machine as power point was way out of reach. The balcony privacy screen made an awful, loud noise.
