10.0A really lovely cottage. We stayed over New Year for 3 nights. Location- the cottage is in an ideal location, minutes away from the heart of Moffat. It was quiet- no noise from neighbours at all. Free parking, too. Great walks near by, shops, pubs etc. Cottage- cosy but spacious, perfect for two people. Very warm and had everything we needed. Some reviews mentioned no dining table, but there was a good compact one there. Comfy sofa and bed. Shower was great, good pressure. The stairs are steep, but just like any other cottage, and with a good banister. The interior is modern but with charm to it. I would very happy to stay there again. Also, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

9.0Location was great - close to the centre of Moffat. Lots of free on-street parking and only a 5 min walk from EV charging points in the main visitor car park. The cottage was well furnished (with one exception - see note below) and was very comfortable, warm and clean.
− The only criticism is that there is no table to eat or work at. Realise that space is at a premium, but there is room for a small dining table behind the sofa (perhaps one with folding leaves, so it doesn't take up too much space) and this would have been a really useful addition. I understand that the owner is planning to add a table & chairs, which is great news.
Lovely cottage
8.0I booked this for my dad and he said - Great location, close to the centre of town. There was parking just opposite the property. It was very clean and had everything i needed for a few days.
− The only thing was the very steep stairs

− Very steep stairs but that is how these cottage’s are but wouldn’t put us of returning,could do with some thing in the bathroom to put your toiletry’s on
