Truly exceptional stay
9.0The main thing in Galle was the fort and the hotel is literally inside it so you can just walk to all the interesting shops and places there and have a blast. We went out and came back and repeated this several times throughout the days we were there so the location was exceptional and well worth the money. The staff was also super helpful. I always got great food recommendations from the manager and the helpers cleaned up or helped me with luggage whenever I asked for it. The hotel is really beautifully built with old architecture.
− The only thing bothering my family was that we had only one blanket for three people and I wish they had more but we made it work with the extra bedsheets.

Very good convenient location to anyone travelling around Galle.
8.0The location is wonderful as it is in the Galle fort. 5minutes walk to the rampart and can have a good walk in the morning and evening. Room and the common area is spacious and clean. About 10 minutes walk to the town and public transport. Hotel and the surrounding area is very quiet at night. Had good breakfast with string hoppers, hoppers, bread, milk rice with fish or meat curry.
