Be warned: photos are deceiving.
4.0Nothing exceptional to highlight except that it is along the main road to Alegria beach.
− The photos aren't close to reality. The place looks good on photos but irl it's not tidy, no mobile signal, has lots of ants, rat-infested, and flow of things/ selection of things inside is not logical. Host pretends to listen to your request but actually ignores it (i.e. requeated coffee cups day 1, never arrived). Example: plugs are positioned in odd places but there are no extension cords, the place has wine glasses but no coffee cups, there's a knife but a huge butcher's knife, no tissue rolls/ hand soap/ dishwashing liquids provided, the rat-bitten cupboards are dirty with rat bites with trash from previous tenants. Can't leave things on the pantry cause of rats.

No reason to stay in the area.
6.0The owners are nice people, bed was comfortable, massage available next door (though it was more expensive than in General Luna). They have sweet doggie that we spent some time with.
− The place was actually molded like no one ventilates it and unfortunately the bathroom was cleaned at all. The AC was very loud so we could use it at night. No Wi-Fi (at least we didn’t get one). There’s not much to do in the area.

9.0Nice House and furniture, I felt home and very comfortable.
− A deep cleaning of the kitchen and kitchenstuff would be great. Water is not available after 7pm.

10.0Very good accommodation and peaceful. The owner was very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall we are satisfied on our stay although we didn't like some of the facilities but still we are happy on our stay as the host was very good and professional.
