6.0The house has a decent size with a backyard. Internet is ultra fast and the beds are pretty ok. The location is not great from the neighbourhood but the proximity to the Gaylord facilities are pretty good (just 10-15 min with the car depending on the traffic)
− The property was not very clean and overall also not tidy. There is only a single small bathroom with shower and another tiny toilet room which makes the stay not very pleasant when you, i.e. share the house with colleagues. The equipment/furniture are very basic and old. The living room still holds a Christmas tree. The coffee machine for example was very dirty so that we did not use it. The photos and reality are unfortunately not matching very well. Overall the house is very overpriced for what it offers. I really can't share the previous ratings of 10 points. FYI, I really rarely write reviews ...
