Great character property but some attention to detail needed to have it at as a great place to stay.

The fire was great to warm up the lounge area. Beds were comfortable, the 2nd room was not really normal length, not the best for taller people.

We did not get an arrival email until 4.29pm, after we arrived so I had to ask where the key might be by text. It felt like the cleaner had not been in a while, dead bugs on the kitchen bench, long dark hairs in the shower, mirror in small bedroom not cleaned. Yes a country property but needed a really good clean and removal of cobwebs and dust. Having to go through the main bedroom to get to the 2nd room was a bit of encroachment of privacy and the toilet flush was super loud so you would wake the guest in other room should you need to flush. Some doors leading to outside were really difficult to open. Was disappointed there was no milk supplied as you would have at a hotel or Airbnb, no coffee either.

The vibe was beautiful it was truly a pleasure staying here Decor was charming and well presented

We weren't told that the hill would be closed at night, this led to us having to check out a day early as we weren't able to book an escort over the hill with such late notice. Upon booking I booked for 4 people two X adults two times children when I asked for additional bedding I felt like a burden and what I received was a doona cover and a couch throw, I could never treat my guest in such a way as a host I would prefer to be honest and let them know that I didn't have anything else to offer. Luckily we had family who was attending the same wedding and they were able to bring blankets for us Lastly there was a few nice and we actually disposed of one once we found it, the sun on the roof made the smell go through the main room and we found it in the loft. Now things happen and we get that we have lived in the country and field nice are common.

Amazing conversion, no expense spared. The space is filled with natural light but in the bedrooms you can fully shut it out. The massive kitchen table is a wonderful feature.
