− Plíseň ve sprše, toaleta se sprchou bez odvětrání, použité kalhotky v šuplíku, zaschlé jídlo na nádobí, malta místo mýdlenky, lešení kolem celého apartmánu místo slíbeného výhledu na hory, narážející kolena do vaničky při použití toalety, chyběbíjící odsavač par a světlo nad linkou, všude odmontované žárovky, světla - lampy visící tak, že se jim nejde vyhnout a naráží se do nich hlavou. Vše staré, všude spousta haraburdí.
