Bad customer service, need motorcicle, flies

− outside the hotel don't have shops to buy market or restaurant, if you do not go by motorcycle it is very difficult to move in the area, Ms. Lilo only wants to sell the tours at double the price of what they are worth in the area and is not really interested in the attention of the hotel, in fact who really attended to us and was kind was a boy who I presume was her son. additionally in the area there are many flies and they are really annoying and they enter the room that really made a big bad impression on me and it was one of the reasons why despite reserving 2 nights we decided to only stay one because of not having food options and the discomfort of the flies. When we arrived the room didn't have toilet paper, didn't have in visible signal for wifi and in this area the app grab don't working

8.0New and clean room with very comfy bed, friendly housekeeper. Parking lot available next to the entrance.
− Annoying flies from outside came into the room during the daytime, but flies were less active when it came to the evening; we were still able to have a good sleep throughout the night.
