10.0Location, decor, view, house was clean, hamper of goodies, great communication with office and beds were super comfy.
− Floor boards to 1st floor were so bad no one slept if someone was upstairs. The noise was intense.
Lovely family weekend away with plenty of room to all be together. Great location too, short walk into Bridlington town
9.0The location is fab. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. Great living entertaining space
− Some of the plates and glasses in the cupboard weren’t clean at all. We had to use the dishwasher as soon as we arrived. The bedrooms are downstairs so if you’re in bed and people are up you can hear every footstep /movement above you.

10.0The house itself is also exceptional a WOW property, the views well there isn’t a better view from that balcony, so spacious.
