Setzen und den Ausblick genießen
10.0Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich mit Blick über die Hügel der Langhe, die Orte Neive und Barbaresco, in der Ferne der Gipfel des Monviso in den Westalpen. Das Anwesen ist sehr hochwertig saniert und geschmackssicher möbliert, Kunstwerke der Familie geben dem Haus ein besonderes Ambiente. Die Brüder Andrea und Lorenzo kümmern sich perfekt um ihre Gäste. Highlight: Frisch aufgeschlagene Zabaglione zum Frühstück als Energizer.

Very disappointing and unprofessional stay
1.0Nothing, considering how agressive were the owners.
− We felt constantly watched and uncomfortable throughout our stay. A supposed “no eating in the room” rule was never clearly stated—not in the listing, not in the room, not in the welcome messages. Instead of speaking to us politely, the hosts sent repeated WhatsApp messages demanding extra fees and kept increasing the amount (from €50 to €100 to €150) while quoting legal articles and claiming to have “video proof.” They never approached us face to face, creating a tense atmosphere, and when we left they even came outside and made an obscene middle-finger gesture. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and far from the hospitality one expects. Not recommended.
