− The dryer filter was very dirty ,we clean and still didn’t dry my swimsuit,it took a long time to dry .The grill vas very dirty it look it hasn’t never been clean in a long time. The back door will lock if you are not careful about.

8.0All and all, this was a nice condo. Really enjoyed the grill on the deck, TV size in the living area, and space for the price.
− Microwave vent broken, a few nobs are missing from drawers, master shower drains slow, and master bed could have been better.
It was a wonderful stay and would book it again.
10.0location was great, beautiful beach front receptionist lady was very nice and very helpful. The Condo was beautiful and very clean and well maintained and decorated. I loved how quick the elevator went up and down and the doors opened right up.
− I did not care for no luggage carts with out giving some sort of ID. Had to have a token for the buggys but no one was there to give the tokens so we could not get a token, we had to make several trips to get everthing in and out of our room

− Needed some deep cleaning, garbage disposal was dirty with pieces of food dried around drain. Moved the coffee bar looking for a plug in and it needed to be swept behind. Floors needed to be mopped, and bathroom rugs needed to be washed. In need of an electric can opener. Clothes drier took forever to dry a load of clothes. Two or three handles on the bathroom drawers were broken. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable and really nice sheets. Complex was very clean with very fresh smell. Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions.

10.0The whole place was beautiful our condo was very nice and comfortable. The views were amazing. The hot tub and pool are both heated for year round swimming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is just steps away from the pool deck. The pier and pier park is within walking distance. Overall great experience!
