Perfect holiday home – exceeded expectations

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – the apartment was spotless, cozy, and very well equipped. Air conditioning in every room, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a renovated bathroom made everything super comfortable. The highlight was definitely the terrace – perfect for relaxing with a barbecue, and with an extra tap outside that came in very handy after returning from the beach. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was a lovely touch. The host was extremely kind and helpful – despite our late arrival due to a delayed flight, she stayed in touch, making sure we had everything we needed. That level of hospitality really made a difference. The surroundings are beautiful, and overall, this place deserves the highest rating. Honestly, I even suggested that the price could be higher, as the standard you get here for the current rate is a real gem – one in a hundred! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, peace, and true hospitality.

− The only minor downside was a squeaky bed in one of the rooms, but this was such a small detail that it hardly affected our stay and for most people would not matter at all.

La famiglia che gestisce la casa e meravigliosa sono stati disponibilissimi, la casa è perfetta per una famiglia noi eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La terrazza dove abbiamo cenato e molto grande e spaziosa.

The house was easy to find, as it is located right on the main street. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own private entrance from the outside. The host was very helpful, communicative, and quick to assist us whenever needed. The apartment is spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen, which was very useful. There was enough closet space for our clothes, and both bedrooms had air conditioning. The terrace is beautiful and spacious, furnished with a lovely sofa. It was also a nice touch to have a small table, a chair, and a mirror in each room. During our stay, we received one cleaning service, which we appreciated.

− The bedroom windows face the main street, which can be a bit noisy, especially when loud scooters pass by at night. It was inconvenient that there was only one remote control for both air conditioners, so we had to share it among everyone staying in the apartment. Additionally, the timer on the AC wasn’t working (as far as we tried), which meant we had to ask for the remote to turn on/off the unit during the night, and others had to do the same. The beds in the room with two single beds had fairly hard mattresses, but that depends on individual sleeping preferences. The shower is also a bit small. Nevertheless, these details did not affect our holiday. The price was good and the place had proper conditions.
