First of all, I had to call the landlord to enter the house due to the late access to home. Since I was in a foreign country, my phone was not compatible with it. It would be more accurate to send this information at least one day before. After entering the house and reaching the internet, I saw that the landlord sent information. The house was big enough and clean. There was everything to meet our needs. Only the sofas in the hall can be a little cleaner. Kitchen appliances, furnaces, microwaves, laundry and dishwashers are available. There are two bathrooms and hot water is always available. The only problem of the house is heating system. There is heating all over the house. However, only heating in the bathroom works. We corresponded with the landlord about this problem. He asked us to reset the boiler. We tried it many times, but there was no solution. This problem needs to be solved urgently. We stayed here between 10-15 March 2025. At that time, the air temperature ranged from 3-8 degrees. The inside of the house was no different from the refrigerator. My wife was under hot water in the bathroom to warm up every morning. Since the balcony door of the room next to a bathroom was not fully closed, the cold outside was getting inside. We tried to close it with tapes. The only remedy to warm up was to leave the bathroom door open and wait for the whole house to warm up with the heating there. Of course, this did not happen. As a result, this problem is definitely not a house to be kept in winter without solving. In the summer, you may stay without any problems.
