La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente, molto spaziosa e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. La posizione è ottima: in soli 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare, sia agli stabilimenti che alla spiaggia libera. Il borgo si raggiunge facilmente in meno di 10 minuti tramite una pista ciclabile. Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi, anche perché parcheggiare in centro è davvero difficile.

− Pulizia molto carente. Sicuramente gli ospiti precedenti avevano un cane, visto che abbiamo trovato letti, divano e pavimenti sporchi e pieni di peli. Ho segnalato la cosa alla proprietaria, che si è mostrata dispiaciuta ma non ha fatto niente per risolvere il problema. Entrambi i letti sono estremamente rumorosi: cigolano così tanto che alcuni notti hanno svegliato mio figlio che dormiva con noi in camera. La zona in cui si trova l’appartamento è tranquilla, ma il condominio é molto rumoroso, probabilmente per via della scarsa insonorizzazione. Assurda la gestione dei rifiuti: questa mattina il servizio non ha ritirato l’immondizia, ho scritto alla proprietaria per chiedere cosa dovessimo fare con i rifiuti ma dopo un paio di messaggi non ha più risposto. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a riportare i sacchi a casa (parliamo di indifferenziata e pannolini), perché se li avessimo lasciati nell’appartamento ci sarebbe stata addebitata una penale di 50€. A Nettuno, non ci sono cassonetti liberi ma solo alcuni in piazza utilizzabili con tessera: sarebbe opportuno che gli appartamenti fossero dotati di questa card, altrimenti la gestione dei rifiuti diventa davvero complicata.

This is a very nice apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Antonella, is very friendly and helpful and is always on hand to assist you. The Anzio train stop is about a ten-minute walk away and the Nettuno stop is the same distance in the other direction. A day ticket costs 11 euros and can be used for travel to and from the centre of Rome, as well as for public transport, including buses and the metro. The apartment is located on the seafront and close to the city centre. There are restaurants, bars and the beach nearby. We would love to come again!

Замечательные апартаменты в трёх минутах до большого бесплатного пляжа. Проживание было максимально комфортным. Чисто, уютно. Всё необходимое есть и даже чуть больше. Нам с двумя детьми очень понравилось наличие сразу двух ванных комнат с двумя душевыми кабинами. Очень приятный персонал, всегда был на связи. Рекомендую.

Very good location. Quiet street close to the beaches and not not far from city centre. Spacious, clean apartment with modern and fresh finishing. Well equipped kitchen with coffe maker and welcome gift cofee capsules. Comfortable matresses. Nice balcony, Responsive host.

− Although apartment is located on quiet street, there was too much noise - from inside the building (also at night). Neighbours were very loud as they walked up/down the staircase. Barking dogs next door and downstairs. We were also surprised with the beds in both bedrooms: while the mattresses were very comfortable, the beds themself were too noisy (creaking) - at night time I couldn't get out of bed without waking up my spouse and vise versa.
