− I arrived at the agreed check-in time but there was no key in the lockbox as instructed. I attempted to contact the host multiple times by phone but received no response and was unable to access the property at all.

Abysmal, poor communication and unsatisfactory alternative given. As we had plans, we had little option but to make do
4.0We didn’t get into the property as we were double booked. We were then sent another room which had someone in it and then sent on a 20 minute walk out of the city centre to a different location which was undesirable to say the least. The room was reasonable and we were given a lift back into town but it was an uncomfortable stay given the location. Will not book again

− Poor communication regarding location of apartment. No towels or bedding for sofa bed on arrival, had to contact host and waited 2 hours to be delivered. Telly in apartment not working. Very loud from night life as stay was over the weekend.
