5.0La posizione della cabin è ottima, a poca distanza dal centro di Levi ma in mezzo ai boschi. Sebbene circondati da altri alloggi, la location è molto bella. Di per sè l'alloggio è ben strutturato e sufficientemente spazioso. Ovviamente il punto forte è il tetto a vetri, davvero scenografico. La sauna privata è piacevole.
− Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi, primo fra tutti lo scarso livello di pulizia di piumino e cuscini da utilizzare nel divano letto, pieni di macchie e capelli. Lo staff ha risposto in modo quasi sarcastico facendo intendere che non fosse un grande problema, dato che li avremmo coperti con lenzuoli e federe. Dopo circa due ore ci viene recapitato sulla porta un piumino nuovo, per giunta senza alcuna scusa da parte dell'operatore. Cuscini non pervenuti. Non viene inoltre fornito nessun asciugamano aggiuntivo, nemmeno chiedendolo, per utilizzare la jacuzzi. Anche qui, l'acqua era tutt'altro che limpida. Per finire, prima del soggiorno abbiamo chiesto a titolo informativo se avremmo trovato tè e caffè per la colazione. Ci hanno assicurato che se ne sarebbero accertati, al nostro arrivo nemmeno l'ombra. Se almeno ci avessero avvisati, avremmo provveduto ad acquistarli, sebbene la ritenga una fornitura base per un alloggio di questo tipo. Tutto questo è assolutamente inaccettabile per il costo della struttura. Da evitare, ce ne sono tante altre molto simili, non c'è motivo per cui scegliere questa.
