Apartamento duplex espacioso y bien conservado. Con piscina, garage, supermercado a 1 minuto, cerac de centro y de los accesos por autopista, centros comerciales, etc. Entorno muy tranquilo y vistas. Hacía mucho calor, pero el apartamento esta bien aislado y el aire acondicionado perfecto. Y la atención del anfitrión perfecto todo.

− Por poner algo, faltaban algunas cosas básicas en la cocina como tazas grandes, tijeras, colador...Por el resto perfecto.

Hemos estado muy cómodos,los dormitorios son muy amplios y acogedores y todos ellos con su televisión,amplias terrazas,y es ha sido un lujo cenar en su terraza al atardecer. Repetiremos sin dudarlo . Mil gracias .

Everything was exceptional. There was superb communication from the host throughout. The property itself is far better in reality than the photos. It is a very well maintained, spacious flat with some very lovely features. There are two outdoor terraces. The one off the lounge is smaller but really pleasant as it has great patio furniture; it gets good sunlight as well as shade if wanted. The top floor roof terrace leads off a landing which also gives way to the top floor bedroom and one of the bathrooms. This terrace is enormous with two outdoor tables and a huge space for relaxing and sunbathing as it gets good sun all day. Sun lounger chairs are provided. There is all of the equipment you could need in this flat. It was really helpful to have rooms which were well stocked with plentiful towels. The kitchen had washing up liquid, powder for the washing machine, tea towels, kitchen roll, bin bags, etc- it was so nice to feel that the flat was completely ready for us. Even in each of the three bathrooms (which were so clean and modern) there was body wash and shampoo ready for us. It felt very homely and welcoming. The building is part of a large residential complex and the pool was in the middle. It was open during our stay, with the terraces overlooking it. The complex was extremely quiet and peaceful. We were able to sleep really well. The other residents were friendly and polite. We found the locality to be vibrant and upmarket. Opposite the building is a supermarket, then within a couple of minutes there are bars. We liked the cafe La Favorita where there were delicious topped toasts and breakfasts. We also walked into Murcia city daily; it was a pleasant walk and to get to the squares near the university (Merced) it was around 30 minutes on foot. At times we booked an UBer on the app when we did not want to walk back; this was an average of 8 euros. We were given a free later check out. The flat and host were first class. We would LOVE to go back!
