Большая и уютная квартира с 3 балконами,рядом с набережной. В квартире все необходимое есть, моря пару минут .Магазины, больница, аптеки ,автобусные остановки- в 5 минутах ходьбы .

Incredible views from all windows. The apartment is next to promenade and beach

View from the windows: The apartment has incredible views from all windows: mountains from the living room; mountains, palms, and the sea from both bedrooms. You can open your eyes in the morning and look at the sea and mountains without even getting out of bed. Technically, it would be possible to do a lot of sightseeing without leaving the apartment. Location: The apartment block stands at the start of the beachfront promenade, and it is a couple of minutes' walk from Topolica beach. It is easy to walk to the bus and train station (20-30 minutes in the opposite direction from the promenade). Voli and Idea supermarkets are within a quick walk. A much larger Voli superstore, a little further away (along the way to the train/bus station), has a bigger range of produce and better shopping trolleys. Balconies: The apartment has a large balcony-terrace off the living room with a round table and four chairs. This terrace catches morning sun, but stays in the shade in the afternoon. Shade is an important factor in this hot country! The terrace is a great place to sit out of the hot sun with a book and look at the Rumia Mountains to the northeast. There are also balconies off both bedrooms. Those get the evening sun, so it is great to sit there with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset. Facilities: The photos provided with the property listing are correct. It is a spacious two-bedroom apartment. We are a family of four, but it would be possible for an additional one or two kids to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There are two bathrooms, and the windows have external motorized shutters. There is easily controllable air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. General: The WiFi in the apartment was fast and stable. There is a lift in the apartment block. The host, Hana, was very helpful and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need a bigger cooking pot, just ask.

The best apartment ever booked via Booking. Large, comfortable, with amazing view of the sea and the mountains. Each bedroom has its own air conditoning, so does the kitchen and the living room. Three separate balconies. Well equipped. Located at the sixth floor. Great value for money.

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. The apartment is located in an exceptional location - next to the main promenade, 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the city center. It is very spacious, sunny and nicely decorated, and has all the necessary facilities (internet, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet). In one word - excellent. We especially liked that both bedrooms have terraces with a beautiful view of the sea, the sunset, the harbor and the promenade. The living room also has a balcony from which you can see the sea, while in the evening you can enjoy a family dinner, wine... The apartment is in the city, so there are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, boutiques nearby... Hana, the owner of the apartment, is a great woman - very kind, pleasant and accommodating. She welcomed us nicely, but also allowed us to check out later. Everything can be easily arranged with Hana! I highly recommend staying in her apartment. We will definitely come back.
