Very good location
9.0Very good location. It's just beside Sunplaza. Lots of food nearby. Very clean room. It is cool in Sapa so we didn't use the aircon. Hot water available for shower. A small electric water boiler, hair dryer, Wifi are all available. Beds are comfortable.
− Shower head is broken but still usable. Toilet door unable to lock but we don't mind.

− staff dont know how to speak english, unfortunately the foam of the bed not soft & the toilet bowl got clogged on the first day
