Nie wieder! Verantwortungslos

− Wir wurden bei dieser Hitze zu sechst 45 Minuten vor der Tür warten gelassen – das ist wirklich verantwortungslos. Als sie endlich ans Telefon gingen, haben sie sich nicht einmal entschuldigt, sondern nur unhöflich gesagt: “Wir haben im Weinkeller gearbeitet.” Dann fragten sie in einem sehr unhöflichen Ton, ob sie die Reservierung stornieren sollen. Sie haben uns einen ganzen Tag ruiniert. Nie wieder!
