− لم أسكن لديهم لسوء تعامل صاحب المكان ولعدم توفير ما تم حجزه حيث تم حجز شقة غرفتين وصالة ولما وصلنا قال لايوجد إلا غرفة واحدة ويريد استغلالنا لعرض كوخ آخر بزيادة مبلغ آخر أكثر من ضعف ما دفعناه لهذه الشقة في البركنق

6.0− تم حجز المكان ليومين مدفوعه وبعدها حاولت الغي الحجز لسبب خاص ولكن صاحب المكان رفض الغاءه واثناء قدومي حاولت الاتصال به وانكر في البدايه وجود الحجز وان المكان محجوز لشخص اخر وانه ليس هو نفس الشقه حيث قام بتأجيرها لشخص اخر ولكن لما علم بأني سأتصل بشركة بوكينج قام بعرض لي وحده سكنيه اخرى تبعد قرابة نصف ساعه من الموقع ولضرورة احتياج السكن وضيق الوقت اخذتها مضطرا وفي اليوم الثاني تم توفير حجزي المذكور في الموقع الاول وقد حاولت مراسلتكم ولكن لم اجد منكم اي رد الى هذي اللحظه
