− Very disappointed, room was very dirty along with linens and bathroom . I couldn’t believe that we payed 300 usd for such a dirty place. Spoke to the staff also but no solution was provided

− The hot tub was filthy and unusable for the first 24 hours, unfortunately the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this destination. Also the mattress on the bed was not good for two people, might have been ok for one person but not a couple. In etc
