2.0Be careful in booking in this property, i didnt get the room that i booked months ago. We were cramped up in a small room, as the room that i booked is not avaliable as per staff, they offered an extra room but only told me about the available room,a day before our check out.

10.0Overall experience is outstanding. Reception area is spacious and bright. Receptionist Julian is very friendly and professional, always has a smile on her face. Corridors are clean and bright. My room has distant views and even a fraction of the Victoria Harbour scenery. Everything else is tidy and clean. To sum up, its the best accommodation experience in Hong Kong for the price paid. Keep it up...

6.0The Chungking Mansion is a third world trip. The Rhine Guesthouse is on the 13th floor and the small elevators are slow. The elevators are in an “arcade” of Indian restaurants and money changers. It’s a gritty place, the rooms are small and spartan. The staff, though, was very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and you are probably in the best spot in Kowloon for sightseeing.
