6.0− Der Balkon lag an der falschen Stelle im Grundriss, dadurch war die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Außerdem passte die Möblierung nicht zum Grundriss. Dadurch geringe Bewegungsfreiheit. Auf den Bildern wirkt die Wohnung deutlich größer, als sie ist.
