A relaxing stay with great potential, friendly staff, and a few areas that could be improved.
8.0The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location, friendly front desk and parking staff, and nice facilities. I especially liked that there is a pool reserved for hotel guests, which helps create a more relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant place to spend time with family.
− A few details could be improved. The retaurant TVs wasn't working properly for the World Cup Final they were using steaming and not cable and there was no audio, despite being told there would be a great setup. The shower pressure was low, the mattress was very firm, and better communication about the restaurant's reservation policies would have avoided some confusion. It would also be nice to add more shaded areas around the second pool, as the water gets quite warm during the day.
