6.0Sitio acojedor, bien equipado y céntrico. El propietario muy amable y atento.
− Encontramos alguna cucaracha dentro de la casa en un par de ocasiones. Se podrian mejorar las cortinas, entraba mucha luz.

7.0El alojamiento es chiquito pero.estaba limpio y bastante nuevo.
− El olor a humedad de la habitación es muy fuerte, las ventanas no cierran, hay mucho ruido por la noche porque se ponen a hablar en la plaza que tienes al lado y el barrio no es muy recomendable, da inseguridad.

3.0+ Bij binnenkomst schoon, maar tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dagen geen schone handdoeken, lakens of schoonmaak.
− - NO WIFI at all!! De eigenaar liegt meermaals hierover, doet alsof het verholpen wordt met resetten. Geen service, wat we ook probeerden in het Whatsapp contact. Het bed is 1.40m veel te smal voor 2 volwassen personen. Slechte matras, slecht onderstel. Gehorig in rumoerige buurt. We hebben helaas pas achteraf de negatieve recensies gelezen, ook al van 8 oktober 2025, dezelfde problemen. Antonio is goed in loze beloftes en leugens. Veel te duur voor wat het is! 9.0Antonio è stato molto gentile nel fornire in anticipo tutte le informazioni utili sulla struttura tra cui i parcheggi a qualche minuto a piedi nel caso non avessimo trovato posto in strada. L’alloggio è accogliente e funzionale, ottima la sua posizione perché è a pochi passi dal centro e dalle attrazioni principali di Jerez, inoltre vicino all’appartamento si trovano due alimentari con frutta e pane fresco.
− Le finestre non si chiudevano molto bene
